FLO-WERS.COM will issue refund only if you cancel your order 72 or more hours before the delivery time.
If more than 48 hours has passed after the payment, and you cancel the order and request the refund, you will be responsible for card processing costs.
Customer is responsible for indicating the correct delivery address and for availability of the recepient at the time of delivery. We do not refund money in case there was a mistake in delivery address of if recepient doesn't accept the order or is not available.
